Jamie Bekkers
Managing Director
Jamie Bekkers has been involved in Information Technology since the late 1980's, where he worked in a variety of roles both in the public and private sector. Jamie started Bekkers IT in 1990, and has been the Managing Director since this time. Mr Bekkers is a keen photographer and enjoys scuba diving.

Theo Bekkers
Executive Director
Theo Bekkers has been involved in Information Technology for more than 40 years. After a career in IT, Theo settled on Administration and Accounts, and has been part of the Westway team since 1994. Mr Bekkers is also a lieutenant in the Lower Chittering Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade.

Miles Burke, MAICD, Dip. Comm.Art.
Executive Director
Miles is the founder of Bam Creative, a website design and development business, established in 2002. Winner of the coveted ‘40under40’ award for young entrepreneurs in 2007, Mr Burke is also the Chairperson of the Australian Web Industry Association.

Gerry Gordon DipEd B.Ed
Executive Director
Gerry Gordon has held leadership positions in both Government and Private enterprises for more than 20 years.
Mr Gordon authored an internationally recognised book on behaviour management and has run a successful consultancy practise providing workshops and conference key note lectures in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Previous to his position at Bekkers, Mr Gordon was Victorian State Sales Manager for a National ISP.

Michael Whitaker BSc (UWA), DipEd (WACAE)
Executive Director
Michael is the newest member in the Westway team. A Freelance IT Consultant since the mid 90's, his background is rooted in a unique combination of Education, Management Training & Technical Application Development. This perspective ensures a rounded approach to solving business problems through a balance of education, training & cutting edge development. Mike is as at home addressing a Board of Directors as he is walking through the wilderness trails of the Snowy Mountains.
